SHIPPING All orders are shipped promptly by UPS Ground Service, unless other arrangements are made.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including refused shipments. RETURNS Returns will be accepted within 10 days with prior authorization only.  There is a 20% restocking fee. Claims for damages and shortages must be filed with the carrier.
