| SIZES, COLORS, AND QUALITY |
Sizes are approximate. Slight variations may occur. Colors may vary.
All wood, brass, and soapstone items are hand crafted in India.
As with all hand made items, there will be slight imperfections. |
| SHIPPING |
All orders are shipped promptly by UPS Ground Service,
unless other arrangements are made. Customer is responsible for
all shipping charges, including refused shipments. |
| HANDLING |
Handling fee of $5.00 will be waived for all orders over
$50.00 shipped by UPS. |
| RETURNS |
Returns will be accepted within 10 days with prior
authorization only. There is a 20% restocking fee. Claims for damages and shortages must be
filed with the carrier. |
| SPECIAL ORDERS |
We are glad to accommodate special orders but require a
50% non-refundable deposit. |
